WILDER LAZO LASSOS YOU IN WITH THIS TASTY SIDRA!
Wilder Lazo produces award-winning coffee at his farm, Bella Alajandria. He is known for his deep understanding of coffee genetics and uncompromising commitment to quality. For this lot, the ripest cherries are hand-selected and floated to remove low-density fruit. They’re depulped and then fermented anaerobically with CO2 injection for 48 hours, and dried in two stages. First, in a covered drying chamber and then on parabolic trays until the optimal moisture level is reached. The result is a cup with notes of sweet lemon bar, orange blossom, and fig.
